چکیده
Plant taxonomy is the science of identifying, describing, classifying, and naming plants. The different classifications have fundamental differences in phylogenetic, ecological, molecular, or morphological data each taxon. morphology algae influenced by environmental conditions. Algal cells can modulate their physiology metabolism changing morphology, including shape size, response to stresses such as nutrien limitations. Liquid waste shrimp ponds has a high content essential compounds, one which nitrogen. Nitrogen that too will cause blooms block entry light into waters. Algae blooming be reduced using bioremediation with autotrophic organisms Spirogyra porticalis. These microorganisms are easily found aquatic ecosystems form filaments. Thus, this study, S. porticalis phytoremediation was carried out effluent vannamei at BPBAP Situbondo. This activity for three months Laboratory Growth Systematics, Faculty Biology UGM. results showed there were due salinity from remediation process. In addition, research contribute field science, especially fields taxonomy, systematics environment, used reference source needed further research.

Chemical Composition and Biological Activities of Trans-Himalayan Alga Spirogyra porticalis (Muell.) Cleve
The freshwater alga Spirogyra porticalis (Muell.) Cleve, a filamentous charophyte, collected from the Indian trans-Himalayan cold desert, was identified on the basis of morpho-anatomical characters. Extracts of this alga were made using solvents of varying polarity viz. n-hexane, acetonitrile, methanol and water. The antioxidant capacities and phenolic profile of the extracts were estimated. Th...

In general, however, IT will empower students to have greater control over the learning process, with all the benefits associated with active learning and personal responsibility. Not only will students decide when to learn and how to learn, increasingly they will also decide what to learn and how that learning is to be certified. Traditionally, higher education institutions have combined sever...

Wireless sensor networks consist of tiny senor nodes with limited computing and communicating capabilities and, more importantly, with limited energy resources. In this chapter we evaluate the power consumption of Public-key algorithms and investigate whether these algorithms can be used within the power constrained sensor nodes. We evaluate conventional digital signature schemes and encryption...
متن کاملCatalytic subunits atpα and atpβ from the Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei F(O)F (1) ATP-synthase complex: cDNA sequences, phylogenies, and mRNA quantification during hypoxia.
In the mitochondrial F(O)F(1) ATP-synthase/ATPase complex, subunits α and β are part of the extrinsic portion that catalyses ATP synthesis. Since there are no reports about genes and proteins from these subunits in crustaceans, we analyzed the cDNA sequences of both subunits in the whiteleg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei and their phylogenetic relationships. We also investigated the effect of hypo...

Within the framework of equilibrium statistical mechanics the free energy of a phase gives a measure of its associated probabilistic weight. In order to determine phase boundaries one must then determine the conditions under which the free energy difference (FED) between two phases is zero. The underlying complexity usually rules out any analytical approaches to the problem, and one must theref...
